Meet Dr. Britton

 

Dr. Vicki Britton is a dedicated and highly experienced internal medicine physician. She pursued her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine after earning her Bachelor’s in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. Dr. Britton completed her residency in Internal Medicine at George Washington University, where she was honored to serve as chief resident in the Primary Care program, further honing her expertise and passion for patient care.

In 2023, Dr. Britton became board-certified in Obesity Medicine, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of food science and nutrition. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their weight goals through a multidisciplinary approach.

With over 15 years of practice experience, Dr. Britton is a respected figure in the Palm Beach County medical community. She has held various teaching and leadership roles within multiple hospital systems. She served as Chief of Staff at HCA Florida JFK Hospital and Medical Director of the JFK and Baptist Health clinics.

Dr. Britton’s comprehensive approach to internal medicine emphasizes preventative care, accurate diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans, ensuring the holistic well-being of her patients. Her commitment to excellence and passion for primary care has earned her the trust of her patients and the opportunity to form long-term relationships with them. She believes in providing every patient with the time they need to discuss their concerns, health goals, and philosophy on medical care.

A native of South Florida, Dr. Britton enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also loves reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with lifelong friends.
